When will I be added?

Please allow 24 hours to be added! See your “added me” for a request from my premium account.

 

Why haven’t I been added yet?

If it has been over 24 hours since you ordered, please check your email for your order confirmation, be sure you included the right snapchat username. If everything on your end seems correct, send us an email with your order number, full name, email you signed up with and your snapchat username, and we will help get you added ASAP.

Why was I removed from your Snapchat?

Screenshotting, being rude, and sharing the Premium Snap Code or username will result in immediate removal. However, I reserve the right to remove any user if I feel threatened or uncomfortable. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis.

 

How do I get requested content?

After receiving payment I will contact you via the email/snapchat you provided on the purchase order, I will ask you what you would like the video or pictures to consist of. If your request is something I do not feel comfortable doing we will negotiate until we reach an agreement. Your content will be sent to the email provided on the purchase order unless otherwise requested. Requests may take anywhere between 1-48 hours to be fulfilled once the subject matter is agreed upon.
